"How are 5 stars the highest category? Sarah went over and beyond, first by letting me know that my homeowner's policy was going up, but then by digging deeper realizing that I should have been receiving a discount due to the shingles on my home. Two weeks later, my bill was significantly reduced. To put the cherry on top...she called back a week later to let me know it was reduced even further. Amazing customer service like this is why the SF office of Sharon Younie has been with my family for 18+ years."
